Hot dipped galvanized C Profile Advantages:

●Hot dipped galvanized C Profiles are widely used in the structural steel structures of the wall beams, suitable for the combination of the ground park and the support part of the solar park.

 

●We can do average 70μm~120μm (standard EN1461) for hot dipped galvanizing. The higher zinc layer can make sure the steel products has strong anti-rust ability. It can be used for 30~ 50 years.

 

●The raw materials use POSMAC, Nippon Steel, domestic materials normally use Rizhao Steel, HBIS, JISCO Steel and SHOUGANG Group, the original material brands are selected according to the requirements of different countries and customers. Common material selection standard is SS355JR.

C-purlin Processing Flow:

All c section purlin brackets are automatically machined by a profile forming machine, and the C profile steel forming process can be automatically completed according to the given size.

1~2.5mm thickness for pre-galvanizing & ZM310 materials

We can do OEM as customer's request. Normally our packing is as follows, we can ensure the stable during the shipping.

After galvanizing process, the steel c purlin is  high anti-rust, it can be used for more than 50 years, which can be a long stable power supporting system.

What we can do to keep the traceability of galvanized c purlin?

We will label each bundle according to our customer's request with the heater number and coil number of the black c purlin. Then try to choose the same coil and heater number in the galvanizing zinc pool. Or we can stamp the numbers on the black c purlin. After galvanizing, we keep the original packing and put the label which customer need.
