We pack chairs and tables according to the products' frame and material, separately using plastic film, air bubble bag , corrugated paper, plastic bag , Kraft paper, small pasteboard box, non-woven fabrics, ect.

1. Q : How do I pay for my purchase order? 

A : You can choose T/T or L/C at sight.If you need other means,you can contact us. 

2. Q : How can I get sample and how long will it takes?

A: Sample fee and shipping cost need to pay in advance, but we will present it to you and refund the money after you place an order to us.

It usually takes 15-20 days to produce sample.

3. Q : What's the MOQ?

A: Usually our MOQ is one container.Our dining chairs’ MOQ is 200, dining tables’ MOQ is 50,rattan sets’ MOQ is 30,coffee tables’ MOQ is 50,TV stands’ MOQ is 50,bar stools’ MOQ is 200 and so on.But we can accept you to choose everal items to combine in it. If you have any other special requirements,you can contact us.

4. Q : What's the delivery time?

A: It will take about 30 days after receiving 30% deposit to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.

5. Q : Can I have my own customized product?

A : Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.

6. Q : Do you have quality control?
