CH710 series products are polymer high-temperature retarders, suitable for ultra-high temperature cement slurry systems below 204°C.
The thickening time has a good linear relationship with the dosage and temperature, and the consistency curve is a right angle.
The CH710 series products have good compatibility with polymer fluid loss additives and have little effect on high-temperature water loss performance. 


SUMMARY 

  • Retarder helps extend the thickening time of cement slurry in order to keep it pumpable, which, therefore, ensures sufficient pumping time for a safe cementing project.
  • Thickening time has a linear relation with the added amount. The Right-Angle thickening curve can be achieved, and mutation of slurry consistency is small.
  • Strength of set cement develops well.
  • Use below 204.4℃(400℉,BHCT).


  • CH710 series contains of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid and S-P type powder

Composition: API Class G(HSR) 600g, silica flour 210g(35%), silica fume 36g(6%), mixed water 342g (including liquid additives), defoamer 1.8g(0.3%), CH710.

Note: The dosage of CH710 is determined under the precondition of adjusting the thickening time range of cement slurry at 180℃ to 230—420 min.


PACKING AND STORAGE

  • The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels. The powder type products should be used within 24 months after production. Packed in25kg bag.
  • Customized packages are also available.
  • Once expired, it shall be tested before use.
