OPTIGER’s products are designed by a team of experienced optical experts in Germany. Dr. Liu Lu, acting as CTO of OPTIGER, is a PhD degree holder of Oxford University with his research project funded by European Research Council, a top academic institution in Europe.
OPTIGER has sophisticated optical lens processing equipment, including an automatic centering machine made by Shonan in Japan and a NC grinding device made by Kojima Engineering in Japan, etc. The optical laboratory of OPTIGER is equipped with advanced and complete optical instruments, such as a laser interferometer from Zygo in the US, a spectrophotometer from PerkinElmer in the US, a spherometer from Hofbauer Optik in Germany, and a centering instrument from Kyoritsu Electric in Japan, etc.
OPTIGER also possesses cutting-edge optical vacuum coating machines which are manufactured by Satis in Switzerland and Leybold in Germany respectively. With a unique G+ coating technology, ghost and flare are eliminated more effectively and clearer image, higher transmittance and brighter view are attainable for lenses manufactured by OPTIGER. Besides, various coating types are available as per customers’ requirements, e.g., waterproof, anti-fog, anti-fouling, anti-scratch, laser damage resistant, near infrared, black optical wave, etc.
All lenses are delivered after strict quality control procedure and it is guaranteed by OPTIGER that for each one of the lenses:
