Q1. What is your packaging method?
A: Typically, we use brown cartons for packaging. If you have legally registered patents, we can use your branded packaging boxes after receiving your authorization letter.
Q2. What are your payment terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q3. What are your payment conditions?
A: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) – 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. Before final payment, we will provide you with photos of the complete products and packaging.
Q4. What is your production lead time?
A: OEM orders meeting our minimum order quantity (MOQ) typically take approximately 30-60 days to prepare. This timeframe may vary depending on your actual order volume and the complexity of specifications.
For example:
* Orders requiring custom-developed details may require extended lead times.
* Simpler orders or those placed during non-peak seasons may be completed faster.
* Existing inventory items can be shipped immediately after payment.
* Future inventory orders may be expedited based on our production schedule.
Q5. Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
A: Yes. Provided the order meets our MOQ requirements, we manufacture bicycles according to client specifications, including color combinations, logos/designs, and packaging. Premium clients receive expedited services from 3D design to final product delivery.
Q6. I want to order a sample to check quality.
A: We welcome sample orders for quality verification. Sample bicycles generally take 3-4 weeks to prepare after full payment is received. Samples may also be sourced from our ready/future stock in China or EU/US warehouses. Many clients successfully begin with bulk orders to save time and costs.
Q7. Do you test all goods before delivery?
A: Yes. We conduct 100% testing and inspection prior to shipment.
Q8. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
